Provider and project structure
Dynaev GMBH is the sole contractual provider of the service and the sole data controller for this website.
“Kurt Strehler – Personal Companionship” is the trade designation of this Dynaev GMBH service, provided personally by Kurt Strehler. The designation is not a legal entity separate from Dynaev GMBH.
Contacting Kurt
The website has no contact form. You may choose to contact Kurt by phone, email or WhatsApp. The contact details and content you provide are processed to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform pre-contractual steps or the agreed service.
Where the EU GDPR applies, processing is based, as appropriate, on pre-contractual steps or a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the legitimate interest in answering your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); consent is relied on only where it was specifically requested. Data is retained until the request is resolved and afterwards only for as long as a contractual relationship, legal duties or the defence of claims requires it.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a company in the Meta group. The WhatsApp Privacy Policy checked on 16 August 2026 identifies, depending on the feature used and support required, service providers or Meta companies in Germany, Ireland, Israel, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. Not all of these recipients receive the same data in every use; the policy does not publish an exhaustive list of countries for this processing.
WhatsApp states that it relies on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for the certified US companies identified in its policy, and Standard Contractual Clauses for certain third-country transfers. Phone and email are available as alternatives.
Please do not send diagnoses, medication lists or medical documents in your first email or WhatsApp message. If this information becomes necessary for safe planning, first agree an appropriate transmission channel with Dynaev GMBH.
Health and safety information
To assess whether non-medical companionship can be provided safely, you may voluntarily share relevant mobility restrictions, allergies, specific safety needs or an emergency contact. Dynaev GMBH uses this information only to assess the enquiry, plan the service safely, perform the contract and contact an agreed person in an emergency. Where explicit consent is required, it is obtained and documented separately.
Within Dynaev GMBH, access to the content is limited to Kurt Strehler and any other person who strictly needs it for the relevant purpose. Technical service providers may process the data as processors through the agreed transmission channel. Information is shared with relatives, a nominated contact or public emergency services only with your consent, on another lawful basis or in a genuine emergency. It is not used for Google Analytics or advertising and is retained only for as long as the enquiry, contract, legal duties or the defence of claims require; it is then deleted or anonymised.
Your analytics choice
Your choice to allow or reject analytics is stored for the whole kurtstrehler.ch origin only on this device in browser local storage under the key kurt_analytics_consent_v1. The JSON record contains the choice, timestamp and policy version 2026-08-16. It expires after 180 days, after which you are asked again.
No Google script is loaded and no analytics request is made to Google before affirmative consent. A legacy unversioned acceptance is not carried forward; a legacy rejection may be safely migrated to the current format.
Google Analytics 4
Only after you consent, the website loads Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-QF08HQFK6B. The contractual entity for the analytics service is Google Ireland Limited; optional Analytics account data-sharing settings are disabled. Google acts as processor for Customer Personal Data under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Google may process limited service and administrative data for its own purposes under its terms and privacy policy.
The page address without query parameters or fragment, page title and language, and technical browser, device and network data are processed; this website does not pass a page referrer to Google. The _ga and _ga_QF08HQFK6B cookies distinguish browsers and sessions, expire after 60 days, and are not extended on a return visit.
After consent, Google Analytics may record the scroll event once per page when approximately 90% of the page has been visible. This website does not include free text in that event.
After consent, a click on phone, WhatsApp or email sends only the generate_lead event with the contact_method parameter and one of the values phone, whatsapp or email. This website does not send phone numbers, email addresses or message text as event parameters.
Advertising storage, advertising personalisation, Google Signals and personalised-ad signals remain disabled.
According to the official list checked on 16 August 2026, Google may use subprocessors for Google Analytics, depending on the support actually required, in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Not every listed subprocessor participates in every processing operation.
For transfers to countries without a recognised adequate level of protection, recognised Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adapted for Switzerland, a third-country assessment and, where necessary, supplementary measures are used. For a transfer to the United States, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework applies only where the specific recipient is certified at the time of transfer.
Withdrawal
You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. On withdrawal, identifiable Google Analytics cookies for this website are deleted and the page reloads without the Google Analytics script.
Retention and hosting
User and event data retention in the Google Analytics property is set to two months.
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Genève, Switzerland. Hosting data remains in Swiss data centres. Access and error logs may contain IP address, time, requested address, status code, referrer, browser identifier and technical error information.
The logs support secure and available operation, error analysis and abuse prevention. Where applicable, processing is based on the legitimate interest in running a secure website. Infomaniak’s public FAQ says the logs are available for at least seven days but does not state an exact maximum retention period. The actual period may depend on technical settings, incident handling or legal duties.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or release of your data and may withdraw consent at any time. For privacy requests, please use the contact details above. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and, where EU law applies, to the competent European supervisory authority.
