1. Provider and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to services offered by Dynaev GMBH under the business name “Kurt Strehler – Personal Companionship”. They become part of a contract only where, before acceptance, the quotation or booking confirmation expressly identifies version 1.0 dated 16 August 2026, provides them by link or attachment for reading, saving and printing, and the client expressly accepts them.

Dynaev GMBH, Kirchstrasse 67, 6473 Silenen, Switzerland, UID CHE-146.148.688, is the sole contracting party and invoice issuer. Kurt Strehler personally provides the companionship service for Dynaev GMBH; the business name is not a separate legal entity.

An individually accepted quotation or booking confirmation takes precedence over these Terms where it expressly deals with a matter differently.

2. Enquiries and contract formation

An enquiry made through the website, by telephone, email or WhatsApp is non-binding. It does not require either the person enquiring or Dynaev GMBH to make a booking.

A contract is formed only when the client accepts a written quotation from Dynaev GMBH or both parties confirm a specific booking in writing. Email and WhatsApp satisfy this requirement unless the parties agree otherwise.

The confirmation records in particular the service, location, period, remuneration and any special conditions. Instructions from relatives or other third parties are followed only with the accompanied person’s consent or proof of valid legal or contractual authority.

3. Nature and limits of the service

The service may include companionship and conversation, support with everyday activities and household tasks, cooking, garden and outdoor upkeep, companionship at appointments and outings, leisure and holiday companionship, and other expressly agreed practical help.

The service is not medical, nursing, therapeutic or regulated professional care. In particular, it does not include diagnosis, treatment, administration of medication, personal care, medical monitoring, restrictions on liberty or legal representation.

In Switzerland, call the medical emergency service on 144 for a medical emergency; for another acute danger, contact the appropriate public service or the general emergency number 112. Kurt does not replace an emergency service or continuous night watch.

4. Autonomy and cooperation

To the extent of their capacity to decide, the accompanied person determines what support they want. Their decisions, privacy, habits and boundaries must be respected.

The client must inform Dynaev GMBH in good time of circumstances essential to safe performance, such as mobility restrictions, necessary aids, pets, access rules or known risks. Health information should be shared only where necessary for the specific companionship agreed.

An emergency contact is involved only with the accompanied person’s consent or another valid legal basis. Kurt may contact the appropriate emergency services where there is an immediate danger.

5. Personal performance and availability

Kurt Strehler will normally provide the agreed companionship personally. Another person will be used only where this is agreed for the specific case and the client consents.

Appointments, on-call periods and availability are guaranteed only after binding confirmation. General statements on the website create no entitlement to a particular date or permanent availability.

If illness, force majeure or another event outside reasonable control prevents Kurt from attending, Dynaev GMBH will give notice as early as possible and, where appropriate, offer to reschedule. No substitute will be provided without consent.

6. Prices, duration and payment

The price, charging method, minimum duration, any deposit, payment deadline, and travel, accommodation and other expenses are set out before the contract is formed in the individual quotation or booking confirmation. The website alone does not establish any particular rate.

Dynaev GMBH issues the invoice. Amounts are stated in Swiss francs unless the quotation specifies another currency. VAT is shown and charged only where legally due.

Additional services or costs are charged only where agreed or demonstrably necessary for performance and, where reasonably possible, approval was obtained in advance.

7. Appointments, errands and travel

For appointments, errands or travel, the destination, tasks, companionship time, remuneration, expenses and responsibilities are agreed in writing in advance.

Dynaev GMBH provides personal companionship and does not organise package holidays. As a rule, the client books and pays transport, accommodation, admission, travel insurance and other travel services directly with the relevant third-party providers. If Dynaev GMBH facilitates a single booking on express instructions or advances a cost, the quotation will clearly identify the third-party contracts and who bears the cost.

The traveller is responsible for entry requirements, travel documents, personal insurance and medical fitness to travel. Kurt may assist with preparation but does not assess medical fitness or provide legal advice.

8. Companionship while staying in the client’s home

For multi-day companionship or agreed continuous on-site presence, the client provides Kurt with a suitable, clean and lockable private room and the agreed access to bathroom facilities and meals.

The quotation distinguishes active companionship time, agreed presence or on-call time, any night interventions and rest periods. Continuous on-site presence does not mean uninterrupted work, permanent night watch or unlimited availability.

If the situation requires continuous care, medical monitoring or more personnel, a suitably qualified organisation must be engaged. Dynaev GMBH may decline or stop an assignment where safe non-medical companionship cannot be ensured.

9. Changes and cancellation

Changes and cancellations should be notified in writing as early as possible. Deadlines, cancellation charges and rebooking conditions apply only where they are stated in the accepted quotation or booking confirmation.

Services already provided and documented third-party costs that can no longer be cancelled remain payable to the extent agreed and permitted by law. Any mandatory rights of withdrawal, termination or refund remain unaffected.

Where a service must be adjusted or postponed because of an event outside reasonable control, the parties will first seek a reasonable solution. Further rights are governed by the accepted quotation and mandatory law.

10. Confidentiality and personal data

Dynaev GMBH and Kurt treat personal information learned during companionship as confidential. It is shared with relatives or other third parties only with the data subject’s consent, as needed to perform the contract, under a legal obligation, or to protect overriding interests in an acute danger situation.

Personal data is processed under the privacy notice on this website and applicable data-protection law. Sensitive information, especially health data, may be transmitted only after an appropriate channel has been agreed with Dynaev GMBH.

11. Liability

Dynaev GMBH’s liability is governed by mandatory Swiss law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not excluded or restricted.

For services supplied by independent third parties, including carriers, hotels or event organisers, Dynaev GMBH is liable only where Dynaev GMBH is itself at fault or mandatory law provides otherwise.

The client remains responsible for personal decisions, truthful disclosure of essential information and safeguarding personal valuables. These duties to cooperate do not restrict mandatory claims.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Mandatory protective provisions of the country in which a consumer habitually resides remain reserved.

The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to disputes. These Terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer forum.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory law replaces the invalid provision and the contract is supplemented only to the extent legally permitted.
